My Group Lens is a team dynamics visualization platform. The tool helps individuals and teams reflect on behavioural preferences, group composition, strengths, challenges, and potential blind spots. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the service. My Group Lens is designed to operate as a stateless tool, meaning that the information you enter is processed in your browser and is not stored by us.

2. What Data We Collect

My Group Lens does not require users to create an account, log in, or provide personal identification details in order to use the tool. We do not intentionally collect or store:

• Usernames, email addresses, organisation names, or cohort or class membership.
• Assessment results linked to an identifiable person.
• Team member names entered into the Lens.
• Behavioural position numbers entered into the Lens. Any names, position numbers, assessment outputs, or team compositions entered into the tool are used only to generate the visualisation and analysis shown during that session.

3. How Your Input Data Is Used

The information you enter into My Group Lens is used to generate:

• Group colour or energy distribution charts.
• Team-level summaries, strengths, challenges, blind spots, mitigation suggestions, and downloadable snapshots or reports, where available. This processing happens for the purpose of displaying results to you. The data is not used to identify you, profile you across sessions, or build a stored user record.

4. Local and Session-Based Data

My Group Lens is designed so that team session data is not permanently stored by us. Depending on your browser and device, some information may temporarily remain available during your active session or through standard browser functionality. You can clear this by using the reset or clear function in the tool, where available, refreshing or closing the browser session, or clearing your browser's local storage or cache. Downloaded reports or screenshots are saved only by you, on your own device, and are your responsibility to manage.

5. Service Communications

My Group Lens does not use the information entered into the tool to send service emails, marketing emails, or promotional communications. If you contact us directly by email, we will use the information you provide only to respond to your enquiry.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Because My Group Lens does not store user accounts, organisation memberships, team entries, or behavioural position data on our servers, we do not retain this data after your session. If you contact us by email, we may retain that correspondence for administrative, support, or legal purposes for as long as reasonably necessary.
